The role:

We are looking for a passionate and resolutive person who would go the extra mile, to join Loyal Guru as a Customer Success Manager. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and specialize in SaaS

What your daily work will look like:

  • Manage up to 10 accounts making sure that the product and service are meeting the customers' expectations.
  • Lead and follow up on the onboarding process and platform training. 
  • Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with our product.
  • Execute specific actions and campaigns that our customers define
  • Deliver monthly follow up of KPIs and detect red flags regarding business activity
  • Guarantee our customers are receiving appropriate support from all areas of the business and follow up on every issue.
  • Develop the ability to make contributions and proposals to make the product better from a customer/user point of view. 
  • Understand customer needs and identify up-selling opportunities to work alongside the Account Executive
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and other departments and communicate with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.

Your Background:

  • + 2 / 3 years of previous experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS B2B companies.
  • English and Spanish proficiency is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel. Controlling other analytical tools is a plus 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or any related field. 
  • You have a very analytical mindset and an eye for detail 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • A customer-oriented person with a strong focus on results

The following knowledge will be a plus (not mandatory)

  • Background in tech companies is a plus
  • Studies in a business-related field are a plus
