What your day will look like:
As New Business Development Director, you will develop the sales strategy and manage the sales funnel, identify and engage with potential new customers, identifying strategic geographic markets to support the company's growth plan. Reporting to CRO.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop and execute a growth sales plan to achieve team key results.
Ensure the teams achieve and exceed their new business sales target.
Building and strengthening customer relationships for long-term partnerships
Build a sales pipeline and prepare the tactical sales activities to achieve sales target results
Build, report and communicate key result metrics to track success
Establish high performing partners' relationship
Generating new source of revenue
Ensure successful accounts strategy in the different markets
Supervise the sale of the company's products, preparing technical (with presales support) and economic offers, registering them in the CRM system and formalizing the necessary documentation.
Collaborate closely with CRO to define strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
Optimization of the sales process
Follow-up and achievement of monthly and quarterly targets set in the sales department
Achieve 100% New Business growth year on year
Qualifications
+5 years of proven experience in Business Development Director
SaaS sales in the retail market is required
High/native level of English, Spanish is required
Willingness to travel internationally
Education: Business school or equivalent, with a commercial focus
You have a successful experience in managing a sales force
You have excellent interpersonal, commercial and negotiation skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
You are very comfortable with CRMs tools
You want to be part of a project with very high development potential, in a technological environment
