Job purpose
As the Customer Success Director, you’ll be responsible for a team of Customer Success Managers. Your mission is to make sure that our customers keep satisfied using our platform while keeping our team motivated and in continuous development. Also, you’ll be reporting to the VP of Client.
What your daily work will look like:
● Managing and developing a small group of CSM.
● Knowledge of retail loyalty programmes. Leading, developing and sustaining solid long lasting relationships with
the clients for mutual benefit.
● Building the strategy, defining the loyalty club and generating new
business opportunities on the client portfolio.
● Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with
complaints to maintain trust
● Controls profitability on the account, investment and other KPIs
● Make sure the product and service meet the client’s expectations
● As a retail expert, anticipates to future needs of the market and
identifies new opportunities
● Make contribution to a better vision and product development
● Act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders to meet
client ‘s requirements and deliveries
● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and
external stakeholders using key account metrics
● Face to face visits with the client and the team when required
Your Background:
● +5 years experience as a consultant in a retail environment
● +3 years as a AE or CSM
● English and Spanish proficiency is mandatory
● Proficiency in Excel. Controlling other analytical tools is a plus
● Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or any related field.
● You have a very analytical mindset and an eye for detail
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a
customer-oriented attitude
● Customer oriented person with a strong focus on results
The following knowledge will be a plus (not mandatory)
● Background in tech companies are a plus
● Studies in a business-related field are a plus
