The Hiring process at Loyal Guru:

We know that looking for a new role is exciting and a bit nerve-wracking at the same time. For this reason, We would like to explain in detail how is the hiring process step by step at Loyal Guru:

Step 1

This is the first contact. We will reach you through social media platforms (our favorite is LinkedIn) or by email, just to get to know you a bit better, and if there is a potential match, you will be contacted regarding the next steps.

Step 2

Ok, it's time for your first interview with our HR department. We will be very excited to know more about you and your background. Are you Ready?

Step 3

You did it great! Now you are able to meet your future manager. This is the perfect opportunity to get more details of your role and your future day-to-day working at Loyal Guru.

Step 4

Are you ready for a test? (if it applies). Some positions require a technical test that you will carry out after the interview with the manager. But, do not worry! it won't take too much time.

Step 5

Now it's time to meet your future co-workers. Working at Loyal Guru means being around a very good work environment, so it is very important that you get to know each other and realize if you imagine yourself working together.

Step 6

Congrats, You're a member of this great family! After receiving an offer to join the Loyal Guru team, our HR team will be in touch with you to confirm equipment needs, set up a start date, and answer any questions you have before being onboarded.
