What your day will look like:

• Understand our customers’ infrastructure in terms of ERP, POS, etc

• Be the first point of communication at a technical level.

• Take ownership of the client delivery for all the integration processes and timelines.

• Makes sure the integration tasks are defined and executed efficiently according to the definition and roadmap.

• Design the best integration solution.

• You’ll be working and giving support to the Dev and the customer success teams.

• Identify new product features that will improve the onboarding process.

• You’ll help with the documentation of the process you follow.

• L2 support Level.

The experience you’ll need:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Tech studies, or in any other related field.

• 2-3 years experience in SaaS integrations.

• Advanced level of SQL.

• Python knowledge.

• You have an analytic and resolutive mindset

• Previous experience in IT projects.

• You have the technical knowledge and you understand how systems behave.

• Previous experience working with REST APIs is desirable.

• Fluent English.

• Italian (optional)
