At Loyal Guru, weโre looking for a Support & Training Customer Success professional to help us keep transforming our clientsโ experiences and take their loyalty programs to the next level. ๐
Are you excited about working directly with customers, providing top-notch support, and empowering them to get the most out of our platform? If so, this is the place for you!
๐น This is a full-time position, starting as an internship with the intention of transitioning to a permanent role.
What will you do in this role?
๐ฏ Provide exceptional support: Youโll manage tickets via JIRA, ensuring effective problem resolution.
๐ฌ Be the first point of contact: Youโll handle inquiries and requests through our Help Center, helping clients achieve their goals.
๐ Create value with data: Youโll prepare customized reports and analyses to boost the performance of our clientsโ loyalty programs.
๐ค Support our CSMs: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to manage client budgets, campaigns, and ROI.
๐ Train clients: Design and deliver training sessions on our platform's modules, ensuring clients feel empowered.
๐ก Be the voice of the customer: Collect feedback to provide valuable insights for product development.
What are we looking for?
โจ Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Training roles, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
โจ Languages: Proficiency in English (essential) and Spanish.
โจ Analytical skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience with other analytical tools is a plus!
โจ Education: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
โจ Attention to detail: You have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
โจ Customer-focused: Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude to meet client needs.
