We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager (Integrations) to lead the technical onboarding and deployment of our SaaS product for mid-to-large companies. You’ll be the bridge between project delivery excellence and deep technical understanding of APIs, data models and integration patterns—owning the client relationship from discovery to go-live.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Lead product rollout projects, managing scope, risks and timelines to meet contractual commitments.

• Run discovery workshops with client stakeholders; define the optimal integration strategy.

• Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru API (features, data models, auth).

• Be the main point of contact for delivery, building trusted relationships.

• Prioritize a delivery roadmap by business value and technical risk.

• Coordinate tasks across internal/external teams; report status, risks and budget.

• Ensure deadlines are met while shielding equipos from distractions.

✅ What you bring

• 5+ years managing complex IT projects with a hands-on background (Dev, Solutions Architect, etc.).

• Solid knowledge of PMBOK and project methodologies.

• Deep understanding of APIs, SaaS, data modeling and integration patterns.

• Excellent communication with stakeholders (English C1, French B2).

• Analytical, structured, and relationship-driven; CS/SE degree or equivalent.

✨ Nice to have

• PMP certification; Retail experience; Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
